I tried to LOAD Paint Shop Pro 9 from the disc and the darn thing will NOT load. The cost to repair was more than to replace it. Then, we had a power surge and it damaged my PC. Again, both PC and Laptop with the Paint Shop Pro 9 still loaded, worked Great! THEN, I upgraded and downloaded from the internet the Windows 10 Upgrade. It worked great and I also added it to my Laptop that was also using Windows 7 and also working great.

I have Paint Shop Pro 9 and I had it loaded into my PC when I was using Windows 7.
